Snowmen & Hearts...Packaged and Ready for sale! Feedback Please!

Whoo Hoo!! I finally got some crafting done!  I have been slowly working on my new bowl fillers for months now.  Cutting out the patterns, machine sewing, hand sewing, a little painting (the noses!), hand stitching the mouths, gluing on antique trims and buttons, glittering, designing & making the tags, making some potpourri, bagging the potpourri, and finally putting it all together in a cellophane bag and tying it with a big bow!  Whew!  I'm not sure it was all worth it!  I put so much time into these that surely they are worth $100 each!  LOL!  Give me your expert opinions on them and price ideas.  I'd love your feedback!  The hearts have different words on each set like Peace, Love, Harmony & Live, Laugh, Love.

Well I am on to the next crafting adventure when I get back from my trip.  Today I'm looking for bath rugs & towels for my newly decorated bathroom.  Then I have to iron some clothes & start packing...  I'm also practicing for a solo to sing Sunday in church.  It is the new Amy Grant song "Better Than A Hallelujah".  If you haven't heard it, you need to.  It is totally awesome.  As soon as I heard it, I knew I had to sing it.  This is my first solo in about 9 years! I've sang a few duets, but not all by my lonesome!  Of course I won't really be alone, will I?  Then shortly after, I leave on my trip.  Lots going on...  Have a wonderful remainder of July everyone.

Blessings,
Cindy

Robin,
Thank you for the wonderful post and letting me know I have a soul sister out there enjoying creating a little Christmas in the summer! ;-) As for feeling normal, don't rely on me for that validation! lol Thanks also for becoming my 6th follower! Your camping trip looked great. We are going camping again in 2 weeks near Bandon, OR. Someday maybe we will make it to WA. Happy Creating!!

Thank you, Sharon. I am thinking of you. Pain is a hard thing to deal with and takes so much out of you. Take your time doing things and rest when you need to. God is with you...

I am enjoying my vist this morning...Wonderful bags, very festive. I really should start on Christmas myself as time sneeks up on a person. We don't get enough for our hand work anymore, it is hard to price things...its the hardest part of selling. I imagine people will love these bags though. Are you doing a show or sale?
I love your trip to the beach, love seeing it again...I do miss the coast.

Marcie,
I am so happy to have you visit and enjoy what I have posted!! I really means a lot to me. I am in a boutique type craft show. It is called Snowflake Boutique here in Redmond, Oregon. I think it is the best in the area. I am also the Jury Chairman. Thank you on your comments on my bags. I always love seeing them all lined up & ready to go!! LOL! We just had another trip to the beach that I will post some pics on soon. This time it was near Bandon, which is definitely different scenery than further north. The coast is my sanctuary!
Blessings,
Cindy
